首先説，店主很熱情，提出的問題都能很熱心的解答。但房間真的不行，一是冷，太冷，屋裡比外面還冷，店主説是地熱，但一丁點也感覺不到，就靠空調吹，一直吹，屋裡也很冷，我們一家三口晚上穿毛衣睡了兩天，根本洗不了澡。二是小，照片顯示和實際差好多，除了炕和衞生間，剩餘空間不到2平米，行李多點就放不下，衹能放炕上。三是服務欠缺，在高鐵站等了半個多小時，店主説怕擁堵，不接，這個可以理解，但應該把房間空調提前打開。
給來平遙的兩個建議，一是提前聯繫好接送服務，高鐵站到古城8公里，就靠幾個出租車跑，真不行。二是應該在古城外吃住，遊玩來古城即可！

這家客棧真心覺得不錯，值得推薦！位置距離出城進城都很便利，衞生乾淨整潔，還有可以小憩的小院，缺點就是房間不大，但性價比還是蠻高的。
