初見這家憶汸平陽院子，純屬偶遇，差旅到此，發現在浙閩交界處，温南邊陲之地，居然還有開臣的分店，民宿在縣城繁華地段的鳴山社區塘河水畔，水系兩側，彼岸高樓大廈鱗次櫛比，夜間霓虹閃爍，日間車水馬龍；然而一衣帶水之處的此岸，恍如隔世般的舊時光穿越感，江南格調，小橋流水人家，晨起遠觀村婦浣溪沙，夜幕邂逅老者糊燈紗，冬日暖陽下是百年古榕廕庇，波光粼粼中是千年古埠氤氲。 院子隱匿在當地民居之中，小鎮規模不大，沿河的各式建築是按照紀年般的樣式，傳統與現代融合撞色，古風與民風的和諧搭配。 與以往下榻的民宿略有細微末節處的別緻，院門極為隱蔽，之所以謙稱院子，確實是沒有晉地各家大院的規模宏大，也不是江南四大古鎮名仕傳承下來的園林雅緻，從前台到中廳，以及後院、餐廳、客房等各處的陳設和點綴，無處不體現着這家品牌的匠心獨運，精心打磨……細節處請各位看官見照片；這家民宿確實無驚艷奢華之感，有的衹是人間煙火般暖人心撫人魂的温馨和氣。 緣何有此感受，衹因我的造訪，是在冬至寒夜，屋外是凜冬已至，朔風呼嘯，然而中庭茶室內，整個院子建築的核心靈魂之處，有藴含春天芬芳的明前香茗，也有暢享夏日艷陽的蘆葦絮語，還有飽經秋日風霜的碩果累累，當然了，鋪墊這些，其實是想表達這家民宿，可以提供沉澱了四季氛圍感的陪伴式服務圍桌煮茶、吃的是乾果，聊的是乾貨。 古有紅袖添香夜讀書之雅興，今有黃湯增芳夜長談之怡情……下榻這家民宿，除了客人，院子裏面唯一的雄性動物應該是院內的寵物，從辦理入住和奉茶閑談的小姐姐，及灑掃庭院的大姐，到精心烹飪不厭其煩的鄰家阿姨，這家民宿的主事人和一眾主理人的親情式服務，完美呈現了冰心長者之説：‘世界上若沒有女人，這世界至少要失去十分之五的真，十分之六的善，十分之七的美’。因此，這家民宿不僅是週末休閑度假消磨時光的去處，也是商旅人士在舟車勞頓商務洽談結束後，可以小憩軀體放鬆心魂的下榻優選。 關於客房，如圖所示，房間的設施設備，中規中矩，卻也一應俱全，洗浴睡眠，都是極為舒適的，一夜安睡，好床好夢。 次日的早餐，元氣滿滿，營養搭配均衡，擺盤清爽，餐廳的桌上是民以食為天，餐廳的牆面是千里江山圖，一個簡單的早餐，瞬間吃出了家國情懷…… 所謂小隱於野，中隱於市，大隱於朝，開臣的匠心，憶汸塘河的底藴，打造出的這家平陽院子，可開悟可體感，其實隱世未必需要避世，隱居在喧鬧的市井繁華中，人世間的嘈雜同樣可以視而不見，從進入這家院子關門閉户的那一刻起，洗盡鉛華怡然自得，灑脱心境寧靜致遠……

説實話太差了 設施：燈開關壞了，都關不了，亮了一夜都沒法睡，窗簾都掉下來都沒人維修，真是服了，自動窗簾都壞了，需要人工拉，自動馬桶沖會壓力太大能*一身，酒店這些東西都是沒有人維護檢查修理的嗎，打掃衞生都是不上報嗎 服務：基本每個星期都回去住一次，但是這個設施真的越來越讓人失望
