Pingtung Hotels with Breakfast

We originally booked a room with a view, but the hotel gave us a chocolate family room on site (very cute). Although our son is an older friend rather than a baby, he was very happy sleeping in the spacious Japanese bed by himself. The location of the hotel is great and he can play in the water. Facilities, you can also explore the intertidal zone, and the attached breakfast is also good. I will come back for three days and two nights next time.

Stayed here because we were participating in the Ironman 70.3 Kenting. Perfect for the race as the start, transition and finish are all within the hotel. We got a room on the first floor which proved to be the most ideal as it is on the same level as breakfast, the race expo as well as the finish area. However if you prefer a quiet room, then ask for a different floor. Rooms are very large and amenities are generously provided. Despite the size of the property, staff are efficient and very helpful.

Great location in Kenting. Good amenities for families. Good room size and top quality of cleanliness. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will visit again next summer.

We have stayed 2 nights in Chateau. Though the hotel is not new, but everything is well maintained. We spent a great time there. Every staff there is friendly and helpful. We participated some extra activities (Paper cutting, Archery, and golfing. ),Everything is fun when you get together with family/friends. Especially, we invited an Amercian friend with us, she had very good impression about hotel too. Will recommend other travelers if Chateau offer some meal plans, it's really valuable. (Will suggest Chateau :The buffet - breakfast, dinner can be improved if possible).

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

The sea view from the balcony and the live band at night in the hotel are basically worth the price! If you don't mind the small details, you can skip them... 1. The soundproofing of the room is not good. It is next to Ping-E Highway and the heavy motorcycles disturb your sleep at night. 2. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and has no characteristics. 3. The bottom of the plate is broken and cuts your hand. 4. It is far from Kenting Street and there is no shuttle. You need to go there by yourself.

The Cp value is very high, it is worth going again Located next to the town, quiet in the middle of noisy, shopping and eating late night is very convenient The amusement facilities are a little less, and the outdoor area should be opened later in the evening.

The environment is comfortable, it is very convenient to go to Kenting Main Street, the store staff is friendly, and there is a swimming pool for relaxing in the water. It is a high-quality environment suitable for vacation! Will come again if I have the chance!

Disadvantages on the first day of check-in! If the quilt cover is stained with something like granulation or tartar, please ask the housekeeper to change it immediately! She was also dumbfounded and said she was sorry! There are hairs on the floor and the cleaning is poor! Coming! The ceiling fan is very loud. I wonder if it was originally like this or is it old! The hair dryer is very small and worse than the one I have at home! In short, I personally feel that the price of almost 9,000 yuan a night is not worth it! Advantages Beautiful scenery
