The room I booked included a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station. Both drivers were very punctual and polite, and they even helped with luggage, which was a big plus!. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"It was just average. For this price, you could choose a sea-view hotel, like the Accor or Xinghai International. Three things to note: First, there were strange marks on the toilet seat, and the hotel didn't provide disposable toilet seat covers. Second, and most frustratingly, breakfast was shared with the neighboring Xana Hotel, even though Xana was over 100 yuan cheaper – no advantage whatsoever. Third, the soundproofing on the sixth floor was terrible; I could hear the upstairs flushing and using water at night. I stayed at Lufeng Hotel one night and Xana Hotel the next, and Xana completely outclassed it. I've attached some pictures below; see for yourself."

The room doors were a bit tricky to maneuver—even though the staff kindly went the extra mile to show me how to open and close them, I gave up after the third try. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy. A large bug appeared in the room, which gave me quite a scare. Also, this place isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down. Overall, a beautiful view and warm service, with a few quirks to keep in mind."

"The family traveled by car. The three rooms were all fully-clear apartments. They were ventilated and not depressed. Although they were on the beach, they did not feel damp. The living room and two rooms could see the sea view. It was a five-minute walk from the beach. I booked this accommodation about two weeks in advance. The young lady in the store added my WeChat in advance and sent me a guide for Pingtan Tourism. I also communicated with me about parking the day before check-in. The communication was pleasant. The docking staff was very good. After check-in, we recommended the place to finish the tour and place to eat according to our itinerary. Maoji seafood porridge is delicious 😋 recommended, many people need to queue up. Overall very satisfied, if you have the opportunity to come to Pingtan next time, you will stay here. The service, health, environment, facilities, etc. are very satisfied, as comfortable as living at home 😁😁😁"
