和平潭當地都是民宿相比，已經算比較大的酒店了，但是設施老舊是真實的，而且沒有早餐。中規中矩，祝生意興隆，越來越好！

房間衞生實在堪憂，放浴巾的架子上落了很厚的灰塵，且還是粘滋滋的，摸到的地方衹要是乾燥的枱麪櫃麪都是粘滋滋的，別説有潔癖的人，就是正常的人都覺得噁心，不僅衞生不乾淨安全也沒有保障，連酒店房間的安全鎖鏈都是壞着的，這讓住酒店的人有什麼安全保障可言，房間裏面還有工程操作間，嚴重懷疑消防沒有到位，就這樣的還要特意留一個房間出來

！！！！差！！！差！！！差！！！垃圾得不能再垃圾！！！房間發現好多小強，沙發上都是精的痕跡，床上很多頭髮，地板也很臟！！！！車子停在酒店樓下被刮花了，酒店經理一句監控沒有，讓我自己出保險維修！！！什麼鳥都有！！！

酒店位置交通方便，門口可以停車，周邊吃東西也很方便，最重要的是酒店旁邊有茶樓，工作談事情非常的方便。
