房間很大，在景區內，步行3分鐘就可以到達遊客中心換乘站，非常方便。希望酒店在配套方面做得更好，北帝山的風景非常棒。

第二次到這個酒店，地裏位置好，房間乾淨衞生，當天很悶熱，空調沒打開，很色，後來很前台反應，也能及時調整。

房間算是小型，中央空調入住後完全沒開，2個小時房間還是28度，打開窗户外面比房間涼快，打電話去前台才打開中央空調，後半夜才感覺涼意，早餐很是一般，雞蛋，糯玉米，麪，蒸包，粥，能吃飽也就算了，但桌面上紙巾也沒有，不應該吧，這麼大酒店不配擁有，還有，吃早餐區域不通風又熱，邊吃邊冒汗，頭上的風扇是裝飾，擺樣子的，然後上洗手間，也不配紙巾，這麼大酒店也不配擁有，這些最基本配套都跟不上，酒店是怎麼評得上⭐️級麪的，希望有待改進！

高級酒店高級享受，旁邊就是景區，酒店服務設施配套齊全，環境幽雅舒適，早餐豐富，午、晚餐選擇多，味道很好，一次愉快的旅程。

酒店在景區裏面，登山非常方便。停車位充足。錯峯出行酒店客人不多，前台有問必答很耐心。房間衞生整潔。配套有特色餐廳，吃飯方便，味道OK，早餐也合胃口，有粥粉雞蛋玉米芋頭，個人覺得很好。住一晩第二天爬山時可將行李放在前台，玩到下午下山後再取行李。當然如果不退房就一小時收費一百元哈哈哈。
