衞生設施比較落後，環境一般,但離三平寺很近，老闆人不錯。走過去很方便，前面的飯店食材新鮮，地道農家菜

隔音不好，夜裡十一二點了大堂還吵吵，投訴2次後安靜了，之後到清早都很安靜。建議888加個主燈供可選，小燈總是故障，且不夠亮。態度很好，離寺很近，早上稀粥好喝。節假日房價翻倍，其他時間倒是可以來。

我第二次來都能感受到房間住很舒適，很好的體驗，服務也很周到，離三平寺大門很近，方便，大廳佈置很有禪感覺，免費提供用心早餐，餐廳環境獨一無二，很棒喔，值得推薦，到三平一定要來香約山荘。

離祖師公廟最近的酒店了，早上起來步行2分鐘到廟裡上香祭拜，完了之後再走回來酒店門口開車，很是方便呢。老闆很熱情，服務也超好，環境乾淨整潔也舒適，體驗感很棒的一次出行。
