Nos cobraron 1650 dólares por tres noches de estadía para fin de año y la habitación era deplorable. Antigua. Acolchados sucios, almohadas con olor asqueroso, cañerías tapadas, aire acondicionado roto. Prometía tener animación y solo había 20 minutos de aquagym y un bingo tristisimo todas las tardes. Fue la estadía más aburrida de nuestras vidas! Para colmo todos los restaurantes de la zona cerrados y el del hotel se demoraba más de una hora, sin tener más gente que atender que nuestra mesa.

Hola me comunico para reclamar, estuve alojado en el Howard Johnson resort pilar el viernes 31/3/23 al 1/4/23 realice la reserva con mí mujer con el afán de descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones.
Les cuento mí experiencia al ingresar al hotel cerca de las 17 hs nos asignan la hab 315 con vista a la autopista cuando yo telefónicamente había solicitado vista a la piscina para descansar, les cuento que había solicitado otra cosa me atiende una chica muy amable llamada Wanda, se fija en la computadora me dice que no había le reitero el pedido que necesitábamos descansar llama a un muchacho llamado Blas, se fija realiza el mismo actin y nos responde que no hay ninguna opción solo la hab 315.
Sin ganas de discutir y poniendo mí mayor voluntad nos dirigimos a la hab 315 cuando subimos a la hab había una imagen de abandono y desorganización en la hab que no correspondía a la cadena Howard Johnson, nos pareció raro .
Detalles a los que me refiero :
Somier sin pollerita con la base del sommierr a la vista
Una TV que no funcionaba
No había batas de baño
No había pantuflas
Jabón en dispenser como en una estación de servicio en el baño
Etc
Me comunico con la recepción. Del hotel y solicito las batas pantuflas y me dicen que me cobraban 2 mil pesos adicionales x bata y pantufla para llevarme las a la hab
Les digo que .e las envíen aunque me parecía que lo correspondía me envían dos batas para personas de 1,40 de altura y dos pantuflas descartables usadas lavadas en una bolsita

El hotel en general bueno , muy buena atención en todo en hotel , el restaurante muy bueno en relación precio calidad , usamos solo la pileta cubierta a la que le haría falta una limpieza con hidrolavadora en los bordes, antes de entrar a la misma . Los dormitorios con espacio y comodidad suficiente y muy buena la ducha

Muy ruidoso, la habitación tenia 1 sola taza y 1 te. Anuncie que era celíaco y solo tenian 1 pan apto para hacer 1 tostado y cuando pedi para repetir me dijeron que no tenian más. Que iban a ir a comprar. Pésimo para la merienda y el desayuno. No volveria por ese precio.
