Amazing stay at this resort as part of our road trip for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel, location, room and most of all staff. Every team member we met went out of their way to make our trip better and a special thank you to the reception team Dawn, Lisa and Rebecca you were amazing. Enjoy your trip to Disneyland Paris! Sorry almost forget Coral the Bingo caller, thanks for making it our trip extra fun!

The young lady that checked us in was so helpful with information and very polite. Our children had the best time enjoying the arcade and the pool. The only issues we had was when we booked we booked a package that we were suppose to get an arcade card and we didn’t get that. Also sometime after midnight when heard a bunch of noise outside our room and when we checked it looked like someone had jumped the fence to the lazy river and stripped down to their under shorts and was swimming and having a good time. We were told to get out at 9 so I was unsure of why someone would be in there at that time of night. I tried to call the front desk about all the noise but couldn’t get through to anyone. We finally fell back asleep after the noise went down. Definitely will try the RV park they have next.

From the time we stepped out of the car at the lobby, we heard fun music and felt so inviting! Such a great atmosphere! Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Great food, planned activities and soo many amenities that you don’t even need to leave the resort. We will def be back!
