This unit has been completely updated. The living room boast a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper, 55" tv, electric fireplace and two relaxing recliners after that long day. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you might desire to do. Enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs on the extra large balcony. A trolley stop is a short 3 minute walk. Leconte convention center, The Island, and Ripken Ball Park is only one mile away. The ever popular Dollywood is only 4 miles away. For your security, there is a blink camera installed on the front door. This is a no smoking unit, no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony. This is also a no pet complex, anyone bringing a pet will be asked to vacate the premises and rental money forfeited. No refunds are given due to inclement weather.
