in the swimming pool which was also available to outsiders, from 2pm, I repeat 2pm, deafening disco music played until 8pm. moreover, on the first night I found myself at a party where the music, always at a very high volume, played past one in the morning. unfortunately my rooms were close to the party activity, and even though they were well soundproofed, they didn't allow you to eliminate the nuisance. I managed to move rooms on the third and fourth night and it definitely went better.
as regards the swimming pool, every day I and other hotel and external guests found myself with crowds of "thirsty beasts" wanting to ******, with shouts, dives, authentic showers of water, there were people drinking in the pool and some full glasses ended up in the water. impossible to tolerate, the staff was certainly insufficient, on day 17, I counted over 80 people, there was only one guy who managed: entrance, entrance tickets, cash desk, beach towels, orders, delivery of the ordered stuff. he certainly couldn't handle the pool situation, which I repeat at a certain point had become intolerable. Breakfast topic: good, plentiful, perhaps with excessively salty pizzas, which being cold were not the best. the following were punctually missing: teaspoons, butter, tissues (every morning). At dinner the service was very slow, the maitre d', who was also very good, and only one waitress, very chatty and time wasting, who showed her kindness by asking ad nauseum, all right? and the delay was justified by the lack of presence of other staff. but go and tell it to the Owners, present in the room, and not to us. Pretty good food, with a treat that I allowed myself, the Battipaglia zizzona. super. to conclude, the structure is beautiful, the staff, without exception, are kind and helpful. In my opinion, the flaws can be attributed to the organization of the staff, the distribution of tasks, the management of the structure and the shared spaces. If there are rude people, who stand with their feet on the chairs and armchairs in the restaurant, they are reprimanded, if there are people who shout, shout, dive, throw ashes and cigarettes on the floor, they are reprimanded. otherwise you don't manage a resort, open a water park...
