El hotel en general está bien sin embargo tiene detalles de mantenimiento estético que lo hacen parecer viejo y sucio aunque en realidad el baño y la cama están limpios. El personal de recepción es muy, muy rudo digamos que grosero. Les molesta probablemente el atender huéspedes que viajan en grupos

Staff was very helpful and informative! The gentleman at the main desk helped us with the bus schedule and gave us a very useful rundown on where to explore and go visit in Venice, which we followed and had a great time! The hotel is nice and clean, but it is quite a bit away from town so the bus will be necessary.

Excellent staff, couldn't do enough. Great value for money. A good option for visiting Venice and using bus 80. One busy road to cross. Would definitely recommend.
