The new room was very big, but !!!!!!!!! The bathroom could be opened from outside. The security was 0. It was extremely quiet and eerie, but I could hear walking all the time. It was bad from the check-in. There were no staff. I had to call them. The environment outside the hotel had a lot of food, but inside the hotel was terrible. It was *******. I gave up all my money and left the hotel at 10 pm because I was so scared. I was scared of both the people and …"
