I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which featured fresh, warm towels and comfortable loungers perfect for reading or napping. The views were stunning, and the play area for kids was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent facilities and outstanding service.

First of all, the hotel is newly opened, the environment is clean and tidy, the hardware facilities are complete and in normal use, especially the boss and the boss's son are from Beijing, China, they are very warm and comfortable, the front desk can speak Chinese, there is no problem with reception and communication, the location is more than 10 minutes walk from Patong Night Market, Jiangxi Leng Shopping Center, Ban Zaan Seafood Market, and there is also a Chinese breakfast to satisfy the Chinese stomach. Eat well in the morning and feel energetic all day long. The hotel's private swimming pool improves the grade and is very tasteful! In short, I stayed comfortably for 4 days and 3 nights, ate happily, played to my heart's content, and will come again...! 🇹🇭✈️

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

I had an amazing stay at Phuket Orchid Resort with my niece! The highlight of our trip was definitely the fantastic pool slide – it added an extra layer of fun and excitement to our vacation. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Phuket Orchid Resort for a memorable and clean getaway.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

Moreover, this is one of the few villas that can clearly provide twin beds. Other hotels are random with large beds and twin beds. The room is very large, and it is a suite. 🈶 Bathtub, double wash basins are provided, and there is a swimming pool outside. The swimming pool is exposed to the sun during the day, and it is just right for swimming at night. It is comfortable and cozy, and it really feels like a vacation. Finally, let's talk about the attractions. We took a taxi to Phuket Town, which took about fifteen minutes. The shuttle bus from Phuket Town to Patong 🈶, the open-top shuttle bus is so cool, and the distance is very close, which is also about fifteen minutes. It also takes about fifteen minutes to take a taxi from Patong back to the villa. In short, it is very close. The next day, we took a taxi to Nai Harn Beach, which took ten minutes. This is a niche beach for foreigners to vacation. The beach is fine and the sea water is clear. It is very suitable for vacation. It takes 20 minutes to walk from Nai Harn to Yaniu Beach. You can kayak and snorkel. It is also a niche attraction. There are not many people. After walking for about 10 minutes, you can reach the Fairy Peninsula to watch the sunset. Finally, take a taxi to Rawai Seafood Market for dinner. It takes 10 minutes to get back to the villa by taxi. Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down.
