The first day checked in the hotel inform us they do upgrading room for us which is old apartment. Not as what we booked based on the picture. The apartment was super old and lots of m mosquito. We request to change the room and the receptionist name Frank telling us they are fully booked. My sister was trying to help talk to them and the way they said not so good. Sounds like a bit rude. After the complaint they let us change the room which is exactly what we booked from the picture online. Attached some of the pics of first room then the second room The pics of the second one is what is the room I selected when I booked. The first room we had was also 5 mins walk to the gym and the pool and for breakfast as well! Pics 1 2 and 3 as from room which was a long way away and had lots of mosquitoes in it. The rest are from the room which we should have had from start! Over all once in the correct room it was a nice hotel and a nice place to stay. Just a shame about the first night and room. 

We requested a quiet room and we got it. Thank you for that perfect service and the early checkin. The swimming pool was very nice and you have access from any room. The water is very warm and comfortable. The room, bed and shower cabin was very clean and everything was working. AC is quiet also and the air direction to the room not to the bed. The breakfast was better than other hotels. Additionally had cold Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Cold Milk Coffee. The breakfast area was outside with some air from swimming pool and a nice view to the lake nearby. We enjoyed unfortunately only one night because other days were fully booked. A tennis themed hotel with full of tennis decor around each corner. The location is good, with everything u need nearby. The tennis centre is just next door where we had training. The fitness and pool are a little small than I think, but still good to use. The hotel is quite new.

Very happy with the overall stay! The room is clean and spacious, friendly staff, and breakfast is enough for me. Its pretty close to Robinson Thalang, and I have a car so I don't mind the distance away from town or other touristy spots.

The hotel is good. Located next to the bus station, it is convenient if you are traveling further to the islands or to Bangkok. We stayed in a family room and we had two beds, which is convenient for my family. The room is a bit old and there is a smell in it, but everything is clean. We liked it.

The pros- Upon checking in, I was really impressed with how Como Point Yamu has a melange of modern and contemporary European aesthetics with Thai elements which surprisingly work really work well together. It took approximately 40 mins to get to the airport and 40 mins to get to central Phuket. The hotel is beautifully styled and feels like a luxurious retreat. The room very clean and spacious, and we were able to get a room with a large bath tub (as requested) and even a balcony with a view of the bay. The are a lot of activities to keep you busy during the day- yoga/stretching classes, beach walks, bracelet making classes, towel folding classes, etc which were complimentary. Enjoyed using the gym facilities as well. For breakfast- the selection was plentiful (buffet and a la carte menu) and there were a lot of fresh fruits and juices to choose from. Especially enjoyed the chocolate muffins. Breakfast is at La Sirena which is by the pool, and has a wonderful view of the sea. The Pad Kra Pao from the in-room dining menu one of the favorite things I had during my trip. Some points that can be improved- Staff and hospitality may be inconsistent. The reception staff were very friendly but the communication regarding activities prior to checking in seemed to had not been well coordinated. The massage I had booked had not been confirmed due to a technical/communication error. The Como Shamabala staff were really great and professional. I had a massage in the past at the Como Shambala Spa which was one of the best, but this time the massage therapist did not reach my expectations. Upon informing the staff, the team called for the therapist to provide a session. Regarding a breakfast staff- For the a la carte menu (1 order per person) I was not able to finish the fried rice which I didn’t want it to go to waste so I asked if we could get it to go. After it had been packed up, the staff which handed it to us (pretty sternly) said we were not allowed pack up food. If only the staff had told us that this couldn’t be done, we would have understood. At the Como in Ubud we were able to get the food to go- but policy might be different. Overall- it was a wonderful experience especially for the price, and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the A2 Pool Resort in Phuket and overall had a good experience. The rooms were spacious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The only downside was a noticeable smell in the room, which took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars!

Located in an small island enjoying all the quiet ambience yet easy access to town with complementary Water Taxi. The Villa is in excellent setup with private pool and spacious bedrooms / Living room. Though there are not many facilities (when comparing other top villa ), yet is adequate for me as I wouldn't need to leave my villa and enjoy the full day. Staffs are very helpful and serve with heart. You might not feel some details (Amenities, Restaurants) when comparing to top tier Villa, hence , if you just need your own spacious and beautiful Villa you will be happy with what you get, and for a very reasonable price tier when comparing to other Phuket's Villa

The place was clean and peaceful, and the location is nice! Overall, my stay was good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast package. There were only two options for breakfast, and it was served in a set style that included water and orange juice. Also breakfast is not that great,If you wanted coffee, you had to pay extra! I originally booked breakfast for both my boyfriend and me, but due to some circumstances, I had to travel alone. When I asked if I could exchange my extra breakfast ticket for coffee since I was by myself, they said no. It's a bit disappointing that there was no extra hospitality in this situation. I ended up skipping one set, which was sad.and paid for coffee!

Amazing resort with amazing swimming pool staff is very friendly 😍
