Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

The swimming pool is very friendly to children and has an independent shallow water area for children. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast with white rice porridge, soy milk and fried dough sticks. Although the variety is not very rich, there are both Chinese and Western styles. Everything is delicious, very friendly to the elderly and children, not greasy or spicy, and the most important thing is that there is no language barrier. The staff can communicate in Chinese. I chose this place without hesitation for the next few days. Five-star recommendation. If you want to save worry and effort, you have to choose a hotel opened by our Chinese.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

Good day! It's true one of the best hotels in price ratio - quality. Clean, big rooms, free tea, coffee, water every day, huge bed, towels. We booked a room with breakfast and not much regret, delicious, diverse, fruit every day. It is also possible to note the pool on the 7th floor with a chic view, the photo from there is bombed. But it is not the most important plus of this hotel, the best location could not be chosen. Before the night market of Mallin Plaza 5 minutes walk (when you leave the hotel to the street turn right to the intersection and then to the left). Trust me, in this night market you will eat because there is such a variety at pleasant prices (Tom yam with seafood 100 Batt, roasted steak from chicken 70 Batt, roasted fish 100-200 Batt). To the sea also 5 minutes walk, only when you leave the hotel turn left to the Hard Rock cafe and again to the left to the end (a lying 100 Batt) but you can not take it. To the Bangla Road and the CC go 1 km, approximately 12-15 minutes of unspeeded step. So this hotel is now the favorite on Patong. And, if you go on a tour, picking you up will be the last because mostly everyone goes through Karon and it's the closest thing to us. Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

The hotel is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road, so you can have some peace and quiet or go all-out at your leisure. Plenty of food options at your footsteps, and plenty along the way to Bangla. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the service quite good as well. But the facilities were n maintenance and the pool, while clean and comfy, had the bar unattended, so there was no option to have a drink or a bite, that shortens the pool time significantly. The Wi-Fi was slow by today's standard, but it worked for email, browsing, and short video watching. Overall, a great choice to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel recently. Booked 2 Grand Surin Suite for our family which is very tastefully furnished and decorated. But the real gem of this lovely resort is the staff. All the staff that we met were really friendly, always smiling and helpful. Special mention to Ms Apple and Ms Gai at the restaurant, thank you very much. The location is in a very quiet area which we prefer to be rather than the loud and busy Patong. All in all, we would definitely choose this hotel again when we are back in Phuket.

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….
