This pool villa is really amazing! 😍 First of all, the pool is very beautifully designed, the water quality is clear, and it is very emotional. 🏊 Secondly, the interior decoration of the villa is simple and atmospheric, the facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen utensils are also very complete, and it is very convenient to live. 🍳 The most important thing is that the surrounding environment is quiet and private, and you can enjoy a completely relaxing holiday. In short, choosing this pool villa is definitely a wise decision, completely exceeding my expectations! 🌴

Poor wifi and the staff tried hardly to find any small things in the room to charge for additional cleaning fee. Very unfair and not service oriented. Wouldn’t come back. There are many other options around

We booked this hotel for a no-frills overnighter as we will be arriving late and checking into a nearby resort the next few days. Hard to locate as it was in a dark corner and not well lit. We managed to locate second time around. Check-in was a hassle as the front desk guy could not speak much English but relied on Google translate. He even read from a prepared note to asking us if we want to move to a lake view room as the booked room was facing the main road and noisy. We took the option thus giving up the included breakfast. It was raining overnight so we had no idea what lake view was. Room was big, comfortable but dated and has one of the best firm mattress we experienced so far. Aircon took a long time to cool the room but everything worked. Issue was the noise from the distant disco continued till 4:30am and kept me awake all night. In the morning it was still raining but we woke up to marvellous view. When we checked out there was not much of breakfast seen but more of a made to order set thus limited variety. Do be aware there are only space for 4 cars onsite if you are driving with more further away within 5-minutes walk which is also where youll find food, grocery shop and the Boat Avenue Friday Night Market. Convenient and good location for the small hotel, and cheap too.

This hostel is just like at the pictures, very well cared, clean and comfortable. It is just three minutes from the beach and many restaurants to choose around. The market is about five minutes with motorcycle (or so I felt). The staff is very nice, specially Khemchira who was always smiley and ready to share any recommendation. The rooms are really clean, aircon, lockers (don't forget to bring your own lock), the curtains around the bet make you feel you have your own corner. The beds and the pillows are super comfortable. They have a common area with a fridge that you can use and also a microwave if you want to heat up something. Oh! and if you get the public bus from Phuket airport for 170,- thb you just tell the driver where you go and he will stop at the main road by 7 eleven. From there is about 10-15 minutes walk to the hostel.

We are on our last full day here and we have to say its the best villa we've stayed in. Four large ensuite bedrooms, all with new bathtubs and large rainfall showers and even a fifth toilet to use without going into the bedrooms. The pool is a large infinity pool with an outdoor shower and while I am outside there is a large covered 6seater seating area with an overhead fan and a covered outdoor dining area with another overhead fan, also if you fancied sitting in the pool and watching TV, there is an outdoor 55 inch smart TV. In every bedroom there are smart tvs and a curved smart TV in the open plan lounge, 6 TV in total. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 burner hob and a full size oven, along with pots and pans, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, brand new full size fridge freezer and built in extraction hood. Wasing side, there is a self contained laundry room with a new washing machine ,ironing board and iron, washing baskets ,clothes rail etc. We've been Washing as we go along and virtually all our clothes will be clean again for when we get home. Safety boxes in every room an island and breakfast bar in the kitchen. Air conditioning in every room and it runs so quiet and also large ceiling fans in the high ceilings if you don't want ac on. There is a villa manager how can arrange trips and anything you need for your stay and a cleaning team came in everyday and changed the towels etc and replenished the water. I've probably missed some bits off but I'd just say you won't be disappointed with your stay. Shops for your daily groceries are a minute walk away and a 7/11 is a little further. Fresh meat, veg ,fruit and fish is about a 10 minute stroll. If anyone wants more info I'd be happy to help Simon.

Villas are beautiful and the staff are very friendly but I cannot give this more than 2 stars. For the cost of these villas you would expect absolute 5 star service. First of all we were arriving earlier than check in time as our flight arrived in the morning. We asked if we could check in earlier and we were told we had to pay an extra whole night! Now when you’ve done a 16 hour flight with a baby you just pay it but seemed a little steep. Wouldn’t have minded 50% charge as the villa was completely empty and cleaned/ ready. electricity is not included in the room rate which is bizarre. So another £150 gone. We had a little baby and asked for a cot and high chair to be provided and were told this is at a charge of something like £6 a day. We were there 2.5 weeks so another £150 gone. When we checked out the staff came round and honestly inspected the villa like we were some kind of criminals, counting the cutlery, glasses, towels which I’ve never experienced before ever. Well certainly not when you’re still in the room. Luckily there was no damage but I just think the price you pay if one glass was accidentally smashed are they really going to charge you for it? It’s normal wear and tear and should be covered in the room rate and cost of night. Seemed a shame as it put a damper on such a lovely villa and location. We forked out an extra 500 on stuff that was to me essential stuff that needs to be included in room rates. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in many luxury villas/hotels and not one was as made as this in the additional charges. I think they need to assess their room rates and charge families appropriately so that everything is included.
