The hotel is well located, right on the beach. The hotel has a wonderful pool with a jacuzzi and waterfalls. In general, everything looks good and pleasant from the street. About the minuses (Trip Com does not say that a deposit of 3,000 baht (or $ 100) is required) had to give dollars from the reserve. The hotel has simply wonderful rooms, there are much worse. Unfortunately, I was unlucky: I arrived in the season (December) and all the good rooms were given away. BUT I booked 4 months in advance, which did not help to get a good room. It is probably better to describe your wishes for the room in advance. The staff is generally normal. The food is not bad. It depends on what you compare it with, but for a 3-4 star hotel the breakfast is quite good.

helpedThe hotel has a lot going for it, helpful and professional staff, a nice pool, spacious rooms, and a great view. Breakfast was good too. But all of this doesn’t matter if you can’t get a good night’s sleep.
My wife and I couldn't sleep due to constant BED BUGS biting. We ended up using insect repellent in the middle of the night, but it only helped for a short while. We’ve been in Thailand for 13 days, staying in six different hotels, and this was our first time dealing with bed bugs. For a premium hotel that charges premium rates, I expected better. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

Satisfied with my stay here. Room nice, clean and relaxing and cozy. Breakfast is good and relaxing. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Will return to the hotel for my second holiday.bye
