沒有明確的如何上島方案，加了中國客服，介紹像是報團皇帝島一日遊，加上當天預訂後也沒有提升不能登島，單獨登島這需要出包船費19000泰銖，在詢問酒店時大多數時間電話是打不通的，讓這整個旅行變的一團糟，後續會跟進投訴，需要入住這個酒店的朋友們需要注意相關事項，避免照成不必要麻煩。
