The location is conveniently close to the beach, and the water play facilities are a nice attraction. Breakfast was average in taste, and the cleanliness was okay—there was a small bug in the toilet, but housekeeping came promptly to clean it. The wait for the buggy was long, so we opted to walk instead. Despite these minor issues, I would still consider staying here again in the future.

The room is huge and the facilities don't match the price. It is a family-friendly hotel, and all family rooms with children require an extra fee. There was sand on the bed on the first night and there were no sockets at the head of the bed... The bed was big enough, but not comfortable, and the breakfast was not suitable for Chinese people. There is nothing to shop or eat around, but across the road is Karon Beach where you can catch crabs. In short, I don’t recommend it and won’t come again next time. It’s very, very not worth it.

Karon Beach is much better than Patong, much quieter and without a lot of messy shops. The beach is also much cleaner. If you need to, just call a car to Patong. The location of the hotel is also good, just across the road from the seaside. There is a money changer and 7-11 at the door, as well as food.
