It's very good. There was a welcome drink when I checked in. It's across the road from Karon Beach. It's quiet and not noisy. The front desk also upgraded our room type and helped us take our luggage to the room. It was a good experience.

Facilities: A treasure of Karon Beach. A very good hotel with perfect facilities. All the guests are foreigners, very few Chinese or Chinese. There are 4 swimming pools. We stayed in a renovated room. The hotel is called View Resort, so our room had a view of the wall. Point blank! This is unacceptable!
Renovation in the entire hotel, as written above. There was no desire to be on the territory because of. Breakfast right at the reception, and not with a view of the sea, there were not enough tables for everyone. The reception staff is not interested in solving any issues at all. Very strange for Thailand.
