The sanitary environment is very bad, the front desk staff is also very uncooperative and has a bad attitude. They don't care about anything even if you pay in advance. I left the room and changed hotels as soon as I opened the room. Friends who want to stay here, please think twice!

The room is nice sized and perfect for a single or double traveller that doesn't need any services. The room is inexpensive with nice bed and small but functional balcony. It has a good little massage place next to the front desk, overpriced, but everything is in Phuket.
It's drawback is there is not much to do and the beach area is small and swimming isn't allowed. It's beautiful and the apartment rents scooters to ride around at a somewhat reasonable rate.
It does have some good restaurants and, as stated, beautiful tropical views. However, the whole area doesn't get started till late in the morning and shuts down early.
Overall good place to stay if you want to be a little more secluded and away from patong and the night life.

Proximity to the sea, large room, but near the road and noise is heard from motorcycles, they come to clean at lunchtime, when you want to take a break from the heat, although you can do it from the morning until 12 or after 16 o'clock! The room is clean and tidy, quiet, of suitable size, with an external balcony and no elevator. It is suitable to stay for one night as a layover. The first floor is a massage shop for tourists who like massage. Opposite is the Pullman Hotel.

Excellent hotel location. Friendly staff. They offer a good massage on the ground floor, I recommend trying it. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is good. A few people. The area itself is small. Opposite the hotel there is a good cafe with tasty and inexpensive food. But after 9-10 everything in the area closes, including the only grocery store, where prices are slightly higher than at 7/11
We stayed for 2 nights and that was enough to get to know the area and the beach. If it’s longer, it will be boring, since there is nothing nearby for entertainment except a park with elephants

I can't really complain because the accommodation fee is cheap, but it would have been great if the cleanliness could have been improved a little more. The location is great as it's close to the beach. However, there is no elevator, so people in rooms on the top floor (4th floor) have a hard time going up with their suitcases.

It is a cheap hotel close to Naithon Beach. All is good except for the noisy road (managed with earplugs) and early 11 am check-out. The staff is not super friendly, but they do their job well.
