Excellent location very close to Patong beach and a 25 minute walk to Bangla Road. The staff are very friendly. Lovely cafe across the road with eaten brunch and delicious coffee.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 weeks, impossible when we saw the state of the bathroom, mold in the bathroom, dirty and broken toilet, the owner had just bought and had to do some work but hey changing the bathtub seals, bowl and shower pipes is not the most expensive, musty smell, dirty curtain, cleaning not done. We had booked one of the large rooms for my family there were 4 of us. When we arrived our room was not available, no problem they gave us 2 rooms the next day we had the large room with a large bed for 4, a bit tight for 3 weeks, they added a mattress in short not possible with 2 children. The breakfast was not great no buffet. The lady at the reception was nice and the rest of the staff too too bad for the hygiene.

resident puket hotel, I am limited in walking and it was not written that the room is on the 4th floor without an elevator, after I asked they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, I went to take a nap and there was constant noise every 5 minutes for 3 hours so I asked to vacate, I called the hotel owner who said it was not his problem and he is not returning the money, insolently He hung up on me! In addition, when I came back from dinner at night, the hotel was locked and there was no one to talk to. I looked for help for an hour. The workers doesent speak engliah and doesnt Read a translation, very frustrating, the balcony faces a wall, the place is very noisy and old, very not recommended!!

My mate and I went there today to grab a quick lunch. Turned out the lunch wasn’t going to be a quick grab. A huge sign “no smoke - fine 2000 baht” with the owner smoking a cigarette at the table next to us. The food arrived with a warm sprite and fries more cold than the drink. Phuket and Pattong is great as long as you stay away from here(;
