The hotel is in a good location, just a 2-3 minute walk to Patong Beach. The room is clean, but the sink is too small, the facilities are a bit old, and there are not many breakfast varieties. The service is OK. The location is good.

I think this is the best hotel you can stay at for this price. There are some renovations going on and you can hear the construction noise during the day, but it didn't disturb my sleep. The location is on a hill, so there were small insects in the room. Not suitable for people who are sensitive.

Advantages: Not far from Patong Beach, the decoration style is relatively young.
Disadvantages: More than 400 per night without breakfast, poor value for money, old facilities, lots of mosquitoes, the hotel has stairs all over which is not friendly to children, and the location is on a steep slope (towards a remote rural road).
