The hotel is nice and has 3 nice pools, one big and two on the roof of different buildings.. the rooms are spacious and nice but I didn’t like the smell of the building

We booked a week ago and everything was perfect, the rooms was tidy and clean and it had a nice view. The price was affordable and the staff was helpful. The only issue is that the hotel is far from everything in phuket. Kamala beach in general is so far from everything and you have to pay alot to get to everywhere. Although there was a free shuttle every couple hours from and into kamala beach. I would definitely book again

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I had a few issues. The air conditioning unit was very dusty, which triggered my allergies and made it quite uncomfortable. In fact, I had to clean the air filter myself to make it more bearable. Additionally, the hot water was unreliable—it only worked for a few seconds before turning cold again. This was disappointing, as it made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

The hotel has problems with cleaning, they clean poorly, superficially, but they change linen and towels constantly. At first, they put us in the New York building, the cleaning was 2-, and the key moment was that at night we saw a rat in our room, which was rummaging through the garbage. The cleaning ladies tried to make fools of us the next day, and argued that it was a lizard, but thanks to the girl at the reception, she moved us to the Bangkok building, they clean it better, and the furniture is newer. Advice to everyone, if you see poor cleaning/rats/mice, etc., film everything on your phone and show it to the reception!

The 5 days and 4 nights experience just ended. Overall it was pretty good.
