The hotel was modern with good infrastructure.
But we did have some problem, the front staff don’t really know how to communicate in english which caused quite some problem for us. Moreover we waited more than 1 hour to have the room and still our bed still have sand on it.

It is suitable for late flight to Phuket. The hotel room facilities are a bit old, but overall clean. But the toilet suddenly smelled bad the next morning. There is a 711 two minutes walk from the hotel to the right where you can have breakfast

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The room was on the 1st floor with its own access to the pool.
Cleaning every day, towel change, beach towels. The room has shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, cotton swabs, shower cap, slippers, robes, hair dryer, free safe, the shower has a very powerful water pressure, which was nice, the bathroom is clean and the water drains well. Breakfasts are included: basically they are similar - eggs, omelettes, milk porridge with rice, sausages, toasts, etc. The range of sweets and tea dishes, as well as fruits, can be improved. Fruits included watermelon, cantaloupe (melon), pitahaya.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are local shops towards the beach where you can buy souvenirs and pearls. But it is better to go to Phuket Old Town. There is a cafe next to the hotel that caters to Russians (bull statue).
The most delicious dishes, in my opinion, were in the Coco Beach restaurant, but the prices there are higher than in other places.
The hotel management is very polite, they will help with any question. They found a vase for a bouquet of flowers. On my birthday, there was a compliment from the hotel in the form of a dessert.
I recommend this hotel.
