The lights in the Supreme Deluxe Room are all broken, and only one light can be turned on e. Service On the first night, when we booked a supreme deluxe room, we were arranged to stay in a side deluxe room 101. After my wife failed to communicate with me for the first time, I went directly to the female front desk with pictures to explain that the room type was not what I booked. The hotel could only convince me to change the room, but the room 701 was also a side room, next to the road, and the room facilities were extremely poor. I seriously suspected that they deliberately made customers uncomfortable with the information gap.
