Nice hotel, but not as nice as in the photo. The pool is often in the shade, the breakfasts are not very good and always full of people, we paid for the pool view and it is not worth it. We were happy to change hotels. The only positive point is the parking attendant who is very vigilant and the staff very kind. Thank you

I stayed in a pool access room to take advantage of the floating breakfast. They provided buggies to get between the long buildings, and the rooms were clean and really great. The staff were all kind and warm, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Although the room is very beautiful, the water in the bathroom gets clogged easily and cannot be drained. I stayed in this room for four days and three nights, and every day I missed something, either the toilet paper was not replenished, or the bath towels were not changed, or something was not cleaned. I left a lot of tips, but it was still not cleaned properly.

The hotel is in a great location. Although it is close to Padang, it is on the mountain and very quiet.

This is not the first time I booked this hotel. It is as good as always. The location is the famous Patong Beach in Phuket. The staff is also great. The hotel rooms are clean and upscale. I will come again next time.
