After the dirty towels are taken away every day, no other towels are put back. You need to call to ask for them, and they are delivered very slowly. Note that it is every day! I found the communication with staff very difficult especially in the lobby bar. I ordered food and was spoken to very abruptly. It was as though the staff actually didn’t want customers coming in. It was really strange

Should have been a great stay, good location, nice pools, good service, even though my neighbors were very noisy.
But I broke one toe on the bed foot in the first morning. These bed feet are actually very dangerous, exceeding the bed perimeter and with a cutting edge. I would suggest to change them.
So my stay was ruined. And of course considering the price I paid during Chinese new year I am unhappy…

The hotel environment is really amazing, absolutely beautiful, and the garden is very beautiful.
