It is very cheap cost and reasonable price for the room of this hotel. I believe that if you visit here for sleep during the night, you will enjoy yourself with the quiet room with basic accessories.
If you prefer to burn the midnight oil, you can walk along the walking street that it is not far from the hotel, or you can chill out along the Patong beach about 0.8 mile from the hotel.
Even though Istay at the fifth floor without any elevator, but it is not my problem to walk upstairs. At the terrace of the I can see around the good point views from my room, it is perfect for me and my son to stay here for a couple nights.
And I can park my rented car in front of the hotel, and I like to walk along the street, and I like to buy some food and drink at the 7-Eleven at the begining of the Soi of the hotel is taked place.

I recommend.
For the price it's a very good option. It cost me 600 baht per night.
Everything is within reach of about 20 minutes on foot (Bangla, beach)
The shower is combined with a toilet without a protective curtain.
The hotel address was previously entered incorrectly. On Google maps you need to look for Madam Inn Patong

Bad hotel even for budget ones.
For the first time in 3 months in Thailand we encountered such unfriendliness. The woman at the reception who deals with check-in is very rude, and if you come to her with a problem, she doesn’t immediately understand anything and in general she’s a cleaning lady. If you have a late check-in, it is better to notify them in advance, since after 6 pm there is usually no one at the reception.
Don’t look at the fact that the year 23 is indicated, the hotel is not new, but apparently changed its name. Upon arrival there is no drinking water in the room. There is almost no water pressure in the shower and it is cold (girls cannot rinse their hair).
The bed is comfortable, not noisy. The location is convenient, near the Banzan market, many cafes. It's a bit far from the beach, but we didn't swim in Patong anyway.

It’s small, and nice. Very comfortable if you don’t need much. The staff, and management are very kind. Ask them if you need your room cleaned because they don’t clean every day. They clean when you request it. I would go here again next time without hesitation. It is also on its own little street with massages and food. It’s a 10 minute walk or so to Patong beach. There is a Seven-11 on the corner that is very convenient as well. At the end of the alley is a tourist stand where you pay to get your laundry done, or just walk across the street where they have laundry machines.
