Hello,
in general we were happy with the hotel. The cleanliness is also good, almost like the European standard. The staff was also generally nice.
What we didn't like was the location. Unfortunately, the hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to get to the city center and 30-40 minutes to get to the beaches. (Depending on traffic time)
The second negative point is that we only got one card. That means when we came back to the hotel room in the evening, it felt like a sauna. The walls are very hot even after sunny days, so the room only starts to cool down after about an hour.
Third negative point: The hotel had no elevator and is therefore not suitable for disabled people.
The thing that bothered us the most is that we checked out almost exactly one day before our regular checkout, for family reasons. We asked for our money for that one day to be refunded. Unfortunately, we didn't even get half of it. Not even a cent. Of course, this is based on goodwill, but I noticed once again that money is more important than satisfaction in this country.
