The service staff are friendly and considerate, and always able to respond to our needs in a timely manner. The general manager is enthusiastic and the service staff are very thoughtful! 2. Although the facilities are 6 years old, the hotel's facilities are well maintained, from the swimming pool to the gym, to the spa center, which adds a lot of fun to our vacation. Especially the swimming pool, it is very clean and has a beautiful environment 3. Dining: The hotel's dining service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the choice is diverse. Whether it is breakfast or dinner, we are satisfied. Dinner strongly recommends the Thai restaurant Ta Khai Fishing Net Restaurant. It is so delicious that I ate it for three nights in a row! Location: The hotel is in a prime location, 10 minutes to Batong Beach, 350 baht, and it is also convenient for us to explore various attractions in Phuket. The hotel is very thoughtful. There are two kinds of sun hats in the cloakroom, one for men and one for women. The women also have a tote bag. There are small bottles of sunscreen and mosquito repellent. The Thai restaurant is very good. No dish is bad. The semi-buffet breakfast is also very good. All restaurants have simplified Chinese menus. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, communication is very smooth and they are very enthusiastic to meet our needs. It is a very pleasant experience.

The hotel service and environment are good. Several restaurants are of good quality, especially the breakfast dishes and services are among the top two in the five-star hotels I have stayed in. The only drawback is that the hotel is too green. There are not only many geckos, butterflies, and frogs, but also flies flying into the room or flying around during breakfast, which is a bit disgusting.
