It was our first trip to Phuket, and the Waterfront Suites by Centara was the perfect choice. The service, rooms and hospitality are higher than many other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. I recommend this hotel to everyone, either single, couples or family. The location is fantastic. 2 mins walk to the beach, and there are excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, tourism agents, shops, minimarts etc., within 100-300 m. Many thanks to the wonderful staff – Ms Ploy, Mr Duke, Mr Kanun and Mr James- for the kind hospitality and making our trip memorable.

We stayed at Centara Villas Phuket for 12 nights , and we are already dreaming of visiting again . The villas are beautiful , with views of the ocean or tropical gardens . The buffet breakfast was yummy - and I'd highly recommend Chef Singh' egg station . We also enjoyed the food at The Cliff , where we ate almost every night . There is a hug choice including Thai favourites , Indian and Italian cuisine , as well as burgers . We made use of the Happy Hour, 4.00-6-00pm - and even had a favourite table . The view from The Cliff , is spectacular and breathtaking . What made our stay SO special was the kindness of the staff . We were always greeted with huge smiles and kindness, throughout our stay . Aoy , on front desk, was so kind and helpful , when I returned from a boat trip , with a splitting headache , offering me some traditional thai medicine . At the bar , Bum, Nok, Thee, Charib and K treated me and my partner like VIPs . . . I really cant fort this resort , and I can wait to visit again .

My wife and I have just spent two fabulous weeks at The Centara Kata Resort. I’ve had several trips over the years to Phuket and this is by far the best ever and has restored my love of the Thai people and culture. Every department was amazing, from the security guards, housekeepers, breakfast staff, chefs but especially the reception staff, Nancy can’t thank you enough you went far above and beyond, Mi I’d, Nan, Mimi W, Max all made our stay incredible, can’t wait to come back, thanks everyone Tip: Fantastic resort, best staff in all Thailand, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, definitely watch how they make omelettes

I came to this hotel during my honeymoon in 2015. I have a good impression of the swimming pool with slides, so I booked this hotel for 7 nights in Phuket this time. Let me talk about the advantages: 1. The room is not humid, and the mattress is neither soft nor hard , very comfortable to sleep in; 2. All the service staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic; 3. Restaurants, bars, 711 and various shops are just outside the hotel, lively but not noisy; 4. Very close to Karon Beach, about 5 minutes walk 5. It is less than 9 kilometers away from Patong Banzaan Seafood Market, 5 kilometers away from Kata Beach, 200 baht by taxi with bolt, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Let’s talk about the disadvantages: 1. The swimming pool slides that used to be featured are now outdated, not as good as Bamgo, Taft Palm, and ozo; 2. The hotel has been renovated for a long time, and some facilities are a bit old; 3. I booked this one The room is slightly more expensive than 700.

Nothing to complain, everything was tip top from the place, their service right from the moment we reached , every staff was very polite and helpful very tip top. The food was amazing.
