Room is very good, breakfast is so delicious. I feel very satisfied.

The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them. The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all. The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and he will come to greet you in person on the day of arrival, so don't worry about not being able to find the place. Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play. In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems. Oh, the boss also accompanied us to order food, because he said that takeout was too expensive, so I saved at least 100 yuan for a hearty dinner. Must be full marks💯

I had an amazing stay at Phuket Orchid Resort with my niece! The highlight of our trip was definitely the fantastic pool slide – it added an extra layer of fun and excitement to our vacation. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Phuket Orchid Resort for a memorable and clean getaway.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

If you want to swim occasionally in the hotel on vacation, you must choose here~~ The swimming pool will be cleaned and filtered by a special person every morning. The breakfast is very rich, with fried eggs, milk, coffee, bread, fried rice, fried noodles, small fried dough sticks, rice noodles, etc. Because I work out, the breakfast in the picture is healthier. I don't drink hot milk, and the brother in charge of management specially brings me ice milk every day! Special thanks!! In addition, the rice noodles with Thai chili sauce are super delicious, I recommend it. The boss and the main staff are all Chinese, so those who are not good at English can go without worrying about language barriers. And the boss is very nice. If you need anything, you can tell the boss directly. He will tell you directly where you want to go, and will drive you directly when it is on the way. In the evening, the boss also took me to buy durian~ You can ask the boss to take you to rent a motorcycle. The car condition is relatively good, and there will be no problem of the store deliberately looking for the car when returning the car and deducting the deposit. The hotel is located in the Rawai Beach area, so we first went to a small beach nearby, as well as Nai Harn Beach, which is less crowded, the beach is super beautiful, and there are basically no Chinese. Well, the hotel looks worn out but they what they can to keep it on track. I specifically booked the room with jacuzzi but unfortunately 4 out of 6 nozzles did NOT work and we had an issue with the plug as well. So, it can be a good idea not to pay for the room with jacuzzi and save your money. Swimming pool is ok just like their breakfast “a la carte”. They have a big refrigerator and nice sea view, please see attached.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.
