New property. Just three-four year old. Good location. Good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Immigration Centre where we get entry permit. Good for overnight stay on the way to Thimpu/Paro or on the way back to Bagdogra. This is a border town right accross Indian border.

Bad experience. The owner wife and husband run the hotel like homestay. They even do not provide tea or tea baba. The behaviour was like alava with tourist. The food quality was terrible. The manager cum owner is a person with anter and roudy nature.

Extra charge for water, swimming not operational, extra charge for every silly things. Found cockroaches and mosquitoes in room.. wifi not working in rooms….hotel staff doesnt know english/hindi. Dont know how to communicate. Disgusting experience
