I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, with a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness was impressive, and the fitness center is fantastic—large, well-equipped, and a great place to work out.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The sunbeds by the beach are always taken, so we had to wake up early at around 6 AM to secure a spot. The ping-pong table was in poor condition, with broken paddles and a worn-out surface. There was also no animation or entertainment, even though we asked at the reception a few times. One of the billiard tables was missing pockets, making it impossible to play.
Another issue was with the tennis court. It's very hard to book a slot, as all evening times were fully booked, yet we often passed by the court in the evening and saw no one playing. Additionally, the room cleaning service repeatedly forgot to replenish the body lotion, which was a bit frustrating.
On the positive side, the safari park was amazing, and we appreciated the airport transfer service. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few improvements could make the experience even better.
