A lovely little hotel located just 2 minutes walk from the nicest beach in Phu Quoc, Khem Beach. Breakfast was simple, hot food was not sufficient. They don't have soup or soup noodles every day. Sunset Town is only 10mins drive.
During our stay, we tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel twice, it was a hit and miss, and not particularly wallet-friendly. Instead, head down to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant called Ann Seafood that serves good seafood at a reasonable price.
Location wise, it's a new area, hence pretty empty most of the day, nothing much within walking distance, unlike the sunset town.
Room wise, i like the smart toilet. But the water pressure in the bathroom isnt strong enough. The room is a little small for a family of 3. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The staffs there were very friendly and the breakfast had more variety than expected the place was nice and clean but there was nothing much nearby to walk around other than going to Sun world there is also a cute dog. Nice view in the morning

The hotel is located next to the sea, 2 minutes and you are on the cleanest beach. The room is clean, cleaned every day, good cosmetics, has everything you need, as well as beach towels, beach slippers and a beach bag. The girls at the reception are very polite and speak good English. Nearby there are small supermarkets, a couple of cafes, 25 minutes walk to sanset town. Breakfast was a buffet, we stayed in May - the hotel was not very busy (apparently it was not the season), it was prepared according to the menu.
The highlight of the hotel is their dog)
PS: hot water was barely warm

We had a family room for 4 people, actually two double rooms connected by a door, so we had two bathrooms, each with two sinks, very convenient for a family. The design of the room and the entire hotel is stylish and colorful. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Very good cosmetics made from natural herbal ingredients - shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast is very good, fried eggs and omelettes are available upon request, and pho soup is made. The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The beach is 3 minutes walk along a pleasant road. The lack of the hotel's own sunbeds on the beach is not a problem; there are sunbeds for a fee (100 thousand VND per sunbed), and there is also a lot of shade from palm trees on the beach. Beach towels and bags are available at the hotel. The beach is very beautiful, with white sand. The only minus of the hotel room is that the rooms do not have full balconies, but this is a feature of the building; in this area, all the houses do not have balconies. One of our rooms had a small French balcony; we put dryers there because swimsuits don’t dry in the room. In general, the impressions of the hotel are positive, everything was great!!
