The hotel is divided into 2 zones. M Village has a beautiful well-kept area, a clean beautiful pool. But Tropical Village where we lived is terrible. Firstly, the photos of the rooms on the website do not match and we were put in a room that did not look like the one in the reservation at all. Then they politely moved us, but still not what we expected. An electric car runs between the buildings, which is not very convenient. I did not see a description on the website that there is such a distance between the buildings. The rooms are dark and damp, we were all bitten by some kind of bugs. There is not a single living place. But the cleaning is good, and the room has everything you need. The pools on the territory of Tropical Village are all in leaves, it is unpleasant to swim.
