Hotel is new and convenient for the water park as it offers a package with entrance. Located in sunset down. Good value for money. There is loud music from bars till 11 pm.

This hotel has great hospitality.
All the staff are very kind, and you can tell they are making an effort to make sure everyone has a comfortable stay.
I recommend booking a room with a balcony.
You can see KISS OF THE SEA's water performance from your balcony every day.
It doesn't bother me much, but the building next door, Grab?, blasts music until late at night.
Well, that all adds up to the resort feel.

Clean hotel with perfect location. We stayed in a sea view room thus can see the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony. The show was superb! Bed was comfortable for us. We requested for an extra bed as we are traveling 2 adults and 2 kids. Once added, the room become very tight though.
Some cons are the check in process was very slow, buggy service is insufficient (probably because we went there during Christmas break), breakfast was limited, and only some staffs can speak English. Oh and we could hear very loud musics from the nearby pub until after 1 am!
