"I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good."

"The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese."

"Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!"

"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."

"It is good to have sweets and drinks (juice and water) for free. The facilities are clean and there are a lot of outlets, so it is not troublesome to charge."

"The localtion is in a very good and convenient location. The hotel service staff are very friendly and will promptly assist you with any questions you may have. I will choose this hotel again for future business trips."

"For the cost, it wasn’t bad.  Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices.   The service level is low, but it’s a motor inn, not the Hilton.  That said, it was within expectations.  The location is close to the airport.  That’s great because it’s so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings.  Shuttles don’t run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.  Sure, I’d stay there again.  From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up.  With that in mind, it fits the bill."

"We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"This place was top notch for the price and the pool jacuzzi area was the best. Highly recommended. Parking was not the best tho and had to pay for it separately."
