Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. The hotels staff were nice. Lobby overlooks the pool area so it’s nice to watch the kids.

I checked in @ 5pm on Sunday, Oct. 20th, 2024. I wrote down the name of the young woman who checked me in but lost it. She was an absolute lifesaver & so informative. I had booked a 2 B/R, 2 bath suite for my sister & I. It was lovely. I would defiitely stay here again.

At first, fits and starts, as it is a maze to maneuver with baggage- it is a nice hotel. The staff is great. Front desk is on the top of their game including manager, Shannon. So, there were problems with the room but all minor and fixable. Clean, bed comfy, love the convenience of a full fridge and kitchen amenities. They care about this property and it shows

We stayed here 6 days. Our original room didn’t work as my spouse uses a wheelchair and can not stand/walk. They checked on us an hour after checking in to see if things were ok. The next day we were moved to a room that worked better. Everything was immaculately clean and all staff were friendly and accommodating. There’s a guest BBQ at the pool which we used. All utensils/dishes supplied. Breakfast provided is a wide variety and something for everyone. There’s also laundry service for $2 a load and they supplied laundry soap. Very quiet also considering proximity to the airport. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites the night before our flight. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. We checked in, and the staff member couldn't have been more helpful. We asked about shuttle service to the airport and she booked it for us. Then we asked about the best way to get back to the hotel after we returned our rental car that evening. She happily gave us a card with the phone number and she said once you are at the rental return, call us and we will send the shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. Now that is service. We took our bags up to the room before we returned the rental car, and it was a huge room, and we just had a studio suite. The room was immaculately clean, had a kitchen, a comfy sofa and everything we would need for the night. We slept great, not all hotels close to airports are quiet due to traveler's coming and going, But this hotel was so quiet. Breakfast in the morning was enough to get us going. The shuttle didn't start until 8 am and we needed to leave at 7:15 am. The manager talked to my husband as he checked out and apologized for the shuttle time, but advised him that he had ordered a Lyft car for us, and it was 3 minutes away. Again, service was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and did everything they could to make ones staff excellent. After our last stay at a Homewood Suites near Sacramento airport, we were quickly losing faith in Homewood Suites. But after our stay here, our faith has been restored. It has to do with the management, and this manager treated his staff well, talked to all the guests in the morning and did everything he could to take care of the guest. We highly recommend this Homewood Suites when in Phoenix.

I travel extensively and I have yet to find a hotel staff like this! From the moment I messaged the hotel on the Hilton app that I needed a first available room to check in that day because my husband was ill, Daisy was a tremendous help and a true ambassador for hospitality. Not only did she block my room on a high floor as requested for early arrival, she arranged our outgoing airport transportation for the next day (at the ungodly hour of 3am for a 5am flight!), as well as message us information to make our pickup easier at the rental car center at the airport that day. Octavio our van driver picked us up with very little wait and brought us to the hotel. Then the unimaginable happened…. My husband left his cell phone in the retuned rental car. I was frazzled after a long week of travel, and dealing with an ill husband, so Shannon and Kim at the front desk overheard me and jumped into action with a phone number to call Avis, and summoned Octavio to bring me back to the rental center. Not only did Octavio bring me back to the rental center, he waited for me while I frantically searched the car lot with the Avis staff for the car we rented. All said 30 minutes later we had the phone, and he was there for me with a smooth ride back to the hotel, and recommendations on dinner nearby. We’ll done! These kind gestures will never be forgotten! Thank you all!!

Mr. Shannon at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The room was immaculate. Mattresses were comfortable. The location was ideal for us—14 minutes from the Phoenix zoo and close to the airport.

Kristen and Shannon went above and beyond and did very well at making my stay as easy as possible. I also learned that this location is close to Diablo stadium and the airport. Very convenient and easy to find. Would stay here again

I've always loved this hotel for its whirlpool suites with tvs above them. You cannot relax any better than that. The presidential is my favorite as it's a bit bigger has a bigger table fireplace and huge deck overlooking the pool. It wasn't available when I booked so I settled for one of the others which are also very nice. Then it became available so I got it for one night and called the hotel but even though it showed available online I was told it wasn't and couldn't upgrade. So I booked it online. Now I had 2 rooms when I only needed one and didn't want to change rooms. I figured I would talk to them when I got there. Elise was amazing and was able to keep me in that room without making me pay for the other room that was past cancelation time. She was awesome. My digital key was ready by 10a the next day but my son and I stopped at the desk to have our physical keys re keyed. The manager on duty I'm sorry I did not get his name but he was amazing as well. Even remembered our room number when we came back and bought drinks at the suite shop. The pool is nice and clean but did not have towels left when we went down at 7p but I called the front desk and they arrived in minutes. Everyone working there I encountered did a wonderful job above and beyond which keeps me coming back.
