Baitong Hotel & Resort

This hotel has a relaxing pool in downtown Phnom Penh that looks absolutely stunning. There are three types of pools: the outdoor DECK POOL, the FOREST POOL, a fantastic pool surrounded by trees where you can feel the water flowing like a waterfall from above, and the JACUZZI POOL, which is filled with bubbles and is comfortable. The FOREST POOL, which is the main pool, is particularly beautiful, and you can enjoy the beautiful design as a background at any time. The stairs are spiral, and the hotel corridors surround the pool, so the spatial design is wonderful and looks great no matter where you take a photo. The design of the rooms is also good, and the rooms and verandas are inorganic and simple, and have a pool view, so the view while relaxing is very beautiful. The morning buffet is on the rooftop, and the rooftop floor is open and has a wide variety of food items, so I was satisfied with the morning meal. There are also cafes on the lobby floor, which are also stylish, and the space and design are probably the best in Phnom Penh. It's hard to comment on the service aspect, as I didn't have any contact with anyone other than the front desk, but I personally would have liked a bathtub, and if I may be a little picky, I would have liked the location to be in a place where there aren't many facilities nearby...However, I thought it was great that they created a world view that didn't make you feel the surrounding location. It was a wonderful hotel that I would recommend.

Great hotel, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete, the living is very comfortable, the hygiene is good, the hotel management level is online, there are two swimming pools, recommended.

The hotel is nice, but the soundproofing is poor The Koreans next door were scratching on the balcony at 4am, the worst quality in the universe!

The facilities are clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was very sad to leave without using the pool.
