Hygiene: The toilet always smelled. At first, we were taken to a room without windows. We asked to change rooms and they did. The windows in the room could not be opened. The house would shake when we walked around.

The hotel is suitable if you come only for an overnight stay. The shelves are dirty, the area is unkempt.
Ants in the room, but well behaved, did not bite. Hot water is hot indeed.

Excellent hotel. Good location. The only thing that was bad was the lack of a window in the room. The photos on trip.com do not correspond to reality. On Trip.com there is a panoramic window in the photo, but in fact there was none, and as the hotel employee explained, with a window this is a different category of room. The resorts was cozy and comfortable. Location is walked 15min from Tonsai pier. Outside swimming pool is clean. Unfortunately no breakfast service. And Wifi is not working in my room.
