HOTEL: It is very well located.
STAFF: very friendly. They pick you up at the port and bring your bags to the hotel for free, the guy who does this service is a 10. And the same when you leave.
ROOMS: simple although you can see a little wear and tear.
Negative:
1) They should improve the power of the shower (the worst to date on our trip to Thailand)
2) The plugs are horrible as they don't connect properly, the water bottles are almost hanging and don't charge the devices.

The hotel has a good location but the lobby is ugly and has no air conditioning. They have a maintenance room that makes a lot of noise all day long, as well as the guests on the second floor that started making noise as early as 6 am. They don't offer breakfast and the bathroom in the lobby was disgusting.

I was a little worried about the bugs around the water.

It was conveniently located in the alley of Ton Sai Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good Pad Thai restaurant near the accommodation. It was convenient to use when touring, so I used it when going to and from Phi Phi Island.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. There are several 711s around. The room is super big and the bed sheets are clean. The biggest highlight is the TV remote control, which is a good thing for families with children. I will stay here again in the future.

Great hotel.
Very well located, surrounded by quite a few restaurants and shops.
2 seven eleven not too far away. The location I validate
Then in terms of cleanliness of the room nothing to say, the bedding is amazing because it is very comfortable.
The only downside is that there is no breakfast at the hotel but it is not a problem to eat, there is everything nearby.
