Amazing hotel, staff are very attentive, the beach and pool areas are well maintained. Good selection of restaurants on site, however some menus are a little limited.
Hotel is very secluded meaning a boat ride is required to access pretty much anything out with the resort. There are a few local businesses just outside the resort where we ate most nights.
This is the most satisfying accommodation for my trip.
The boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and he will come to greet you in person on the day of arrival, so don't worry about not being able to find the place.
There are 711, spa, and various restaurants nearby, everything is available.
The boss prepared snacks for us in the room, and there are drinks in the refrigerator.
Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc.
The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play.
In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems.
Oh, the boss also accompanied us to order food, because he said that takeout was too expensive, so I saved at least 100 yuan for a hearty dinner.
Must be full marks💯

The rooms are simple but pleasant, and the location, right by night market and in close proximity of numerous cafes and restaurants, is excellent. The buffet breakfast is once again simple, but satisfying: there are pieces of toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, banana muffins, watermelon, tea, coffee, juice, and a few other foods on offer for you to choose as you like. All in all, great accommodation by the Old Town in Phuket!

Not extremely close to the Old Town area, but still extremely accessible given Grab (Uber) is extremely cheap and only takes around a 10-minute ride.
The hotel is Japanese-inspired, so the room decorations are really nice (and the Japanese-inspired breakfast was quite impressive). There are no lifts but the staff help move suitcases up and down, so that was not a problem. Quite a good stay!

This is a lovely hotel and a great relaxed resort. The best of both worlds. Room: We came for a family holiday (kids age 12,11,7) had a 2 bedroom villa, which was a good set-up. Nice size pool between the two rooms. Beach villa 507/507. 2 mins walk to the beach. Youngest slept in our room as worried about passing the pool in the night, but we knew this beforehand. Probably the best room set-up and location we’ve ever had. Pleased with this. Lots of wildlife.. monkeys, monitors, frogs.. we loved this. Food: we had Thai buffet which was good. Great selection at breakfast. Aside from this, we ate at local restaurants- which were very good. Head out of the hotel and turn right. At the end of the beach there is a little village - lots of little restaurants. All very quiet due to lack of tourists following covid. Don’t be put put off by the quietness. Everything is fresh and delicious and you will be totally spoilt. I really hope tourism recovers a little here - the local people are desperately in need of it. ‘Same but different’ shack on beach (out of. Hotel and turn left) is small, but good food for lunch. Rice and noodle dishes, stir/fry, fries, very reasonably priced Lassis/soft drinks and beer. We ate here every lunchtime as it was close to our villa and couldn’t have asked for better. Beach: The beach is public, but Pimalai side is very quiet. Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards etc. we had a lovely family time. Excursions: hotel organised excursions are great and reasonably priced. We did morning mangrove tour - our tour guide (Gun) was superb. We also went on sunset cruise with snorkelling - also great! Downside: On check-in, we had no orientation and very little info about the hotel when we arrived. We were told everything was on the app. However, there was no internet in the room when we arrived (I think an external problem) so we couldn’t access it. We felt a little deserted. This was not a big deal - but we had no map or any real info about the hotel and surrounding area. It took 2 phonecalls to reception to explain we had no idea where I’m the resort we actually were, and no idea how to get to restaurants/no idea of food choices at hotel. They brought us a map. We arrived in the late afternoon after a long journey from London via Phuket. Nobody suggested where we go for food. Nobody asked if we wanted to make a reservation to eat. We headed out of the room to find food- with 3 very grumpy, tired and hungry kids. We found that there was a Thai buffet at the hotel - but only knew about this as it was on the route out of our room to the lobby. Nobody mentioned this when we checked in and we wouldn’t have known if we were staying anywhere else on the resort. Advice for people with kids— avoid top section of resort/hillside if you want to be near beach. It’s a bit more of a trek. Both pools are lovely and nicely shaded. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It was my first time to go to Phuket, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel. From the meticulous service to the clean and spacious rooms, there was nothing to complain about. While eating a rich and varied breakfast, I could also enjoy the beautiful sea view. It was very close to the scenic spots. The hotel also had a car rental service. The boss was Chinese, and the staff could speak Chinese, so there was no need to worry about the language. I would choose to stay here again next time I go.
Very satisfied. The hotel is very good. Although it is not a luxury villa, it is still amazing enough. The room is large and fully equipped, including a refrigerator and a washing machine. It is so convenient. There are few facilities around, but the Thai food restaurant recommended by the boss is delicious. It's very good and cheap. There are 711, massage parlors and car rental agencies nearby. If you can ride a bike, renting a motorcycle will be very convenient. Bolt taxi is also very convenient. There is a parking spot in front of the hotel. The transfer to the sea and island hopping is also free. The surrounding area The sea water in Naiharn and Rawai Beach is very clear. There are almost no European and American tourists and there are almost no Chinese. I went there at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and swam and surfed until 5 or 6 o'clock. It was very comfortable. In short, if you are traveling independently, you can stay at the three major beaches for three days and stay here for another two or three days. It is very comfortable. This is a hotel that I will stay at again next time, highly recommended!

Location: convenient, go to the beach to eat seafood, convenient, next to a 711.
Boss: Chinese, very comfortable to communicate with. This time I brought the elderly and children, and had pies, fried cakes, wontons and pickles for breakfast, which was great.
The hotel is actually quite large, but it is a bit crowded with big trees and green plants. The most exciting thing is that there is a dryer. Thailand is humid, and it feels really comfortable after drying.
Also, when we checked in, it was a room on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. There were a few ******* who were still swimming in the pool after 10 o'clock in the evening and shouting loudly. The sign near the swimming pool clearly stated that swimming is not allowed after 9 o'clock in the evening, but this group of people ignored it. I really couldn't sleep well. I told the front desk staff, but they didn't listen to the management and continued to swim, shouting non-stop. Their quality is really low, *******.

GGuest UserDeparting from Phuket, AW's big boat + speedboat takes nearly 3 hours, passing through several scenic spots on Phi Phi Island. If the weather is good, it is pleasant to enjoy the sea breeze along the way.
Email in advance to inform the time to go to the island, and the hotel staff will pick you up after arrival. The service is not bad. The overall environment of the hotel is pristine, and the beach 🏖️ and the sea water are very beautiful. The breakfast is also good, with few varieties but the taste is okay. I also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and the starry sky that cannot be seen in the city 🌃.
There is a rocky beach at the entrance of the natural resort next to it, where you can snorkel. If you swim out, you can see a large school of fish, but because there is no coral, the overall underwater scenery is not good, but it is good to walk from the hotel. It is very close and enough for children.
Go to the right along the beach after leaving the hotel. There is a food stall with delicious food. There are many boat bosses who take the business of snorkeling at sea. Generally, the long-tail boat charters 1600-1800 baht for 4 hours, which is a good price. Because it was my first time to go snorkeling, I chose the hotel's diving center for the sake of being conservative. The Italian guy who received us was very nice. The price was a bit expensive, but it was safe. The black guy who took us out to sea was also very good. He took the children to snorkel and said that they saw Nemo.
The only drawback was that there were too many mosquitoes. Each leg was bitten by at least a dozen bags, which were very itchy, and the skin stress reaction would cause big lumps. I hope the hotel can have a solution here.
JJustUsExploringPhi Phi Island is an amazing place to visit and staying at this hotel will definitely make your trip even more memorable. The hotel's proximity to the pier is a big advantage as it allows for easy access by long tail boat. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even offer pick-up services from the pier which is a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food and the beach is just a few steps away, making it convenient to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The snorkeling experience is simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The night show is a great way to spend the evenings and is highly recommended. In addition, Maya Bay is only a short 20-25 minute ride from the hotel. On the flip side, the wifi in our room wasn't working properly, but the inclusion of Netflix on the TV kept our kids entertained. All in all, this hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone planning a trip to Phi Phi Island.
GGuest UserWe are a couple in our 40s from Scotland. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff are so helpful and we got an upgrade to a superior hut as it was my 40th birthday. This is a very peaceful secluded area of phi phi island and good to enjoy the slower life. The food was delicious. There are only a few bars and restaurants in walking distance and these all stop serving at 10pm. The air conditioning is also not the best in the room as with them being huts it’s like a sauna when you first walk in. Please pack plenty of mosquito repellent as I had so many bites when I stayed here. We came over in the ferry and left our luggage back in our Phuket hotel, I would highly recommend bringing a small bag only here as it’s all boat transport. Apart from the small negatives I would not hesitate in returning to this tranquil hotel. Take a boat trip round the rest of the island. Bring Bahts too as there is no atm in this part. Simply stunning location
GGuest UserThank you very much to the boss 🙏🏻 Because I made a mistake in booking on the same day, it was entirely my problem. I booked this hotel without knowing clearly that the hotel was outside Phi Phi Island. Thank you to the boss for his kindness and finally agreeing to cancel the order, and thank you to Trip for their customer service. I will specifically choose this hotel to stay next time🙏🏻
GGuest UserA beautiful Island and a beautiful resort direct at the beach , the separate free standing villa’s are charming and comfortable, big rooms with attached bathroom with a shower.
Its got Airconditioning.
The included Breakfast is good you can take a American or Thai breakfast.
The staff of the Hotel is very friendly, they will pick you up from the Pier where the boats are arriving and brings your luggage to the Villa (Special request!) for free, and don’t forget a Tip for the carrier!
The restaurant at the beach can be better, but you have many choices of Restaurants on the island
I can Hartley recommend this Hotel for a real good Holiday.
Ps, not suitable for wheelchair users.

GGuest UserThe Beach here and the views around this place are stunning and amazing you couldn’t ask to be somewhere like this on a daily basis. We were lucky to come here over the rainy season for 4 days and we only had rain in the evening so no complaints there The Pool although small was refreshing and a change from the sea after snorkelling Breakfast we had a day of just eggs toast and cereal and a day with everything only complaint no teapots Lunch and Dinner a nice small menu with good choices Bar unfortunately no bar as such you would have to visit the hotel next door which is a shame because not a lot to do once it gets dark Staff we found to be pleasant and helpful and always smiling and will help with anything Rooms beds are firm we asked for extra pillows which was no problem you have room safes a big sized bathroom. The rooms are dated and are in need of a good maintenance person as you will be able to see faults straight away but they work and they do the job It’s very easy to nit pick about this hotel but for the price and the location you’re getting a lot for your money It’s not a five star hotel but it is in a beautiful place
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were all amazing and very helpful. They collected us from the pier with our bags and carried them directly to the room, and the same leaving the island. The hotel is all individual tree top cabins. This can be a hike/long walk up a hill to the room depending on which one you stay in. The hotel is located on the beach with a private beach which is lovely. You can walk across the beach for 3 minutes to the main path around Phi Phi. 5 minute walk from the hotel to restaurants/shops. Taking 15 minutes to walk to the pier. Or you can get a tail boat taxi directly from the hotel beach to take you around the island or day trips. The hotel’s breakfast was 5/10. The average buffet style breakfast. The pool bar doesn’t exist when we were there and doesn’t look like it has been open in a long time. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would not recommend the hotel for young children or people with reduced mobility.
GGuest UserWe planned to stay at this hotel for two nights. We checked in and reception looked ok. There was no lift to get to the bedrooms so had to carry the suitcases and bag packs up the stairs. We walked into the room and honestly I have no words! There was bugs everywhere, it was dirty, stains on the sheets. The bed was like concrete and we immediately knew we could not stay in that room. When trying to get out the door would also not lock. The couple we were travelling with had an even worse room then ours. These rooms were on a very busy loud street. We went to reception and they showed my partner a different rooms that both couples have. This was better but these rooms were NOT under PP Charlie hotel this was under PP Princess hotel. The woman reassured that this was a quiet room. The room was bigger and more comfortable, a lot more like the pictures provided upon the PP Charlie website. Most importantly it was clean and the air con worked. This room was double the price on top of what we had already payed. On the night we again had to ask to move as the base of music from a tattoo shop had the bed vibrating. The hotel was accommodating in letting us move 3 doors up where it was more quiet. The swimming pool is nothing at all like the pictures. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of this hotel. This hotel needs a lot of TLC.
HHMurrayThe service for this hotel was amazing. Our luggage was collected and taken to the hotel from the port and the manager/lady at reception was so kind, helpful and enthusiastic and made us feel really welcome. The hotel location is a little far despite being a small island and the hill is steep but it didn’t stop us from going out or enjoying phi phi. It made it feel more secluded if that’s what you are after and the view from the pool of the beach was amazing with a few nice quiet bars around, just not near the center. The room itself was quite disappointing, the smell was bad, there was a massive cockroach on its back in the bathroom and when the shower was on the light in the bathroom flickered.
