The hotel is well managed and standardized. The breakfast tastes great and is satisfactory. It is very cost-effective. It is very close to Fairy Creek and convenient for taxis and buses. It is recommended to stay and will choose it next time.

As a chain hotel, the service and smiling staff are top notch. The food is good, but monotonous. There are minor repair/furniture issues in the rooms. There is a safe, but it is not screwed in. Around there are shops, cafes, spa salons, travel agencies, some resort with discos, lots of taxi drivers who worked even on the New Year (Chinese). But the beach is absolutely crap (gray and dirty at low tide)

Good hotel, delicious breakfast but the staff was not very attentive, when we checked in at noon in the hot sun, we were not offered any drinks, when we checked out, we were told to wait for a long time, then asked if the room was checked in yet, then said it was done while our whole family was waiting in front of the receptionist, oh and the room reservation items were missing everywhere, no drinks, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tissues, had to go down to the receptionist to ask for them to be brought up.
