Ok room with mediocre bathroom
Good location in Petrovac (5-10 min walk from the beach), with sea view.
Note some rooms are in a different building located 400m away from the main “Medin apartments bluvista” and that the parking is near the main building and somewhat hard to access (up a steep ramp, and the owner insists to drive your car to get it to the parking lot - good intentions, but found this attitude a bit too forceful right after we arrived).
Decent breakfast for an extra 8 EUR.
The main issue was the bathroom, with a broken tap, a leaky shower hose, a towel rack that was way too high (and I’m 6’1!), and apparent electrical wire.
Overall this was ok but certainly below expectations.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Petrovac und wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollen und werden definitiv dorthin zurückkehren.

We had never been to Montenegro previously and found this as a relatively late booking for 4 nights. Flew into Podgorica and were picked up by Stefan as arranged. We had booked a superior apartment and were upgraded to a deluxe on arrival as it was still early in the season. The apartment had recently been renovated and was beautiful 🤩 and the location is very quiet even though only a short walk from the beach. Stefan and his family were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day and towels when required. There was some other renovation work happening whilst we were there which will only benefit visitors in the near future. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Savo, the owner, was very hospitable and approachable. The room was great, incredible view, and I'd definitely recommend the buffet breakfast in the garden. It's well signposted to find, and plenty of car parking. Short walk down to the sea and restaurants.

Good location in Petrovac (5-10 min walk to the beach), but overall I have to say this was a disappointing experience (not in line with the reviews seen here). *Pros: close to the beach, quiet, decent breakfast (albeit for an extra 8 EUR), space outside with a table/chairs and a small kitchen, sea view *Cons: parking ~400m walk away (I measured; and parking is not easy to access - owner actually insisted on parking our car himself given the steep ramp), bathroom had many issues (coat hanger way too high, broken tap, leaking shower hose, visible electrical wires coming out of the wall…), relatively expensive given the quality (we had better rooms for almost half the price elsewhere, but I realize this may be the local market on the busy Adriatic coast…) All in all, I would look for another option if ever back to this area.
