"My son brought me to the Inn at Bay Harbor Spa to treat me for my birthday. We were met by a rude older lady who I think name is Liz. Don’t think just because you spend several hundred dollars there you’re going to be treated with kindness and respect because that was not my experience at this spa. I was lounging in the lounge after my paid service and was told by this woman I had to leave they wanted to close. We have stayed at the Inn at Bay Harbor several times and the front desk and housekeeping staff are phenomenal! However I would not recommend waisting money at the spa here, go to Boyne Mountain."
