The hotel was clean, and the staff was polite. Breakfast can be improved. The location is good. They can add more amenities. The remaining hotel was great.

Good place to stay just down from the main walking areas in Petoskey. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The clerk was very kind and helpful! My main problem was hauling my suitcases up the stairs to the second floor - no elevator. It was a pretty typical hotel, nothing really stood out. I didn't find any problems with smell or moisture.

This is a lovely hotel. It is convenient and clean with a great location. It is located in a lovely spot along the lake. We went north to drive the Lake Michigan shoreline and to see the fall colors. We were not disappointed! I would recommend this for a stay!

An exceptionally clean and comfortable room and clean facilities. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very easy to find with ample parking. Our first choice when we return!

Stayed for one night. Room was very clean. The bed and pillows were amazing! The room was advertised as a handicap accessible, however there was barely room between the end of the bed and the entertainment center to get my wheelchair through and a grab bar only on one side of the toilet. There was only one chair and no desk in the room and the room seemed too small for a king sized bed.

When we walked into the room, the smell just hit me and my husband in the face. I asked for some spray and indicated that it smelled. No reaction from the clerk, except handing me some spray. The bed was terrible. Neither one of us got any sleep. We asked for a handicap room and when I walked into the bathroom, there was a bathtub with handrails. I told them the next morning that we wouldn't be spending the night again and explained why. They still charged me for that night because I didn't give them a 24 hour notice. We weren't there for 24 hours! How was I supposed to know how terrible the room was? Don't go there!

Our room was very damp and moldy smelling, the carpet was wet and even pictures on wall were warped. They had to bring in 2 dehumidifiers that ran all night and we emptied 3 times within 8 hours. They were full capacity, no room to move to.

Very nice hotel. No elevator, but that was ok with us. The hotel & room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Close to downtown, but not IN downtown. Close to a nice park. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.

Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable with friendly service. Exceeded our expectations. Soft towels and surprisingly nice pool area were bonuses. We will stay at this property again.
