Stayed here for one night. I was checked in by Natalie and Beverley who were very helpful. They offered to move my room away from one near reception to one that was perfectly clean and quiet. They were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to both!

Our go to place to stay near family and passing through to further afield. As always was pleased with the room, the staff are a great help. Love the breakfast being so close too. Nothing to fault. Close to the roads we are driving in from and going on to

I was WOWED November 2024 Personal shout out to Ellie and Natalie, they had complimentary cheese and wine when we got in. They were also quite good banter. Overall was a good experience, would recommend. I’m now just talking to make up the minimum 200 characters. Thanks

The room was good as premier inns are. The breakfast was really disappointing. This was not help yourself buffet and it was disgraceful with the sausages barely being cooked. The eggs were disgusting and there was no plates for the toast and no staff asked how everything was. It was a lovely staff untill. We had or actually didn't eat breakfast

Our stay was great the receptionist Tina was so help full we had a bit of confusion with rooms and she sorted it out straight away with no problems. The next morning breakfast was great a member of staff was called in at last minute to do the chefs job as he did not show. Our main man Carl did a fantastic job for his first time cooking. Great stay and great staff

This was one of the worst Premier Inns I’ve stayed in recently. The corridors are dark and dingy and the room was very tired resembling an old motel. There is a large pub next door that is now only open to Premier Inn guests but the food was very average. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

A recent, visit at short notice to the Peterborough area necessitated an overnight stop at the Premier Inn, Peterborough North. I rate Premier Inns, but have to say I found this one a bit tired and run down. Good points - staff (front of house and in the restaurant) were welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious and spotless. The location (for me, at least) was spot on. Not so good points - service in the restaurant was painfully slow, despite it not being that busy. On entry, my room was cold - not very welcoming. The heating wasn't even on tick over and, and on a bleak autumnal late afternoon the window had been left as open as it could be. The telly blinked off and on. I'll still stay loyal to Premier Inns, but if I ever have to visit this neck of the woods again (highly unlikely) I'll try another of their venues.

Worse night sleep ever, the bed is very hard, a lot of noise from above and doors slamming, the room was not very clean and the restaurant was closed due to rain water, there was nowhere to eat or drink nearby we were very disappointed and unhappy.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Peterborough North for 2 nights midweek in September, as we had a wedding close by. When we checked in we requested a room on the 1st floor, which the reception staff were happy to facilitate for us. The room itself was OK, but the hotel itself is generally looking tired. We did hear during our stay that a refurbishment is due soon, which should hopefully help. The car park is a good size and we had no issues, even when returning late just be mindful of the potholes! What was most disappointing is the adjacent “Paul Pry”, that forms the restaurant for the Premier Inn. We were looking forward to breakfast, but due to an emergency and the oven suffering an issue, this was closed for the duration of our visit. The staff were apologetic, fortunately there are options available at the adjacent retail park, with Starbucks, McDonald’s and a Morrisons cafe. Overall not a bad stay, but for the price I’d expect better from a Premier Inn. This hotel also seems popular with trades too, so be mindful of noise in the corridors from 06:30/07:00 onwards.
